Your stance hinges on your legs. The hamstrings will need work since they are a weak area for many golfers. Weak hamstrings can become apparent through poor posture.
If you want to strengthen your hamstrings, don’t do leg extensions. Do split squats instead. These will work your lower body muscles and help you swing your club faster. Box jumps and lateral band walks also help build your leg muscles.
Spine Angle Exercises
Golfers need to strengthen their spines properly so it is easier for them to swing. If you are doing medicine ball rotations with a heavy ball, try switching it out with t-spine twists instead. The latter can tighten your abdomen and help you rotate more easily. Push back planks can also help strengthen your core for increased stability and power.
Basic Swing Exercises
